Starting out with a keen ear and natural talent for rhythm from a very young age, a rather persistent passion for percussion led to a set of drums as the introduction to the art of performance. Limited only to rhythm for a few years, the beats had solidified yet the necessity for melodic expression quickly led to an interest in DJ and music production software. After eventually completing 3 years of music performance studies with a major in drums, Jody Lloyd still couldn't find his feet within his musical expression. It was only after being found by the magical healing frequencies of the handpan that his purpose was revealed. After more than 2 decades of pursuit along 3 different avenues of musical crafting, this is the final point of artistic expression where he finds his voice.
