‘Lucent Lake’ is an ambient music project from Los Angeles based composer Steve Page. Guitars, synthesizers, piano, and field recordings blend together forming cinematic arrangements that evoke a specific time and place with each song. New album "Peaceful Sounds for Broken Systems" (2026) distills two years worth of piano focused composing as a reflection on the cognitive dissonance needed to merely exist in the modern world today. 2024's “Earth Room” is an album of nature-focused songs influenced by the science fiction film ‘Sunshine’.
