CALMDOWN is Elisa Irini Vidalis, a Greek-born, Berlin-based composer, music producer, vocalist, and interdisciplinary artist. Her music is focused on mental health issues and music for her is like an escape room for processing difficult emotions. Since 2012 she has created an independent musical world blending electronica, art-pop, trip-hop, and classical influences. She writes, produces, and performs her own work - mainly solo and sometimes with a live band - combining electronic compositions with piano, harp, drums, saxophone, and visual art. Her music is emotional, cinematic, and deeply symbolic, exploring memory, vulnerability, and transformation through both studio albums and immersive live performances.
