ARAIZA SALSAJAZZ: I received music training from the San Francisco Unified School District from age 10 grade 4 all the way through high school, to graduating from San Francisco State University earning the master's degree. I performed as a San Francisco Bay Area salsa nightclub musician for 25 years, then switched to recording studio artist. From 2007 to 2022 I produced and published more than 100 songs. The magic of the digital recording studio allows me to compile the live parts of the big band with 5 saxophones, 5 trumpets, 5 percussionists, 4 background singers and full rhythm section complete with the "cuatro Puertorriqueño" guitar, all performed lived, mixed, mastered and published from home.
