Shirane

Shirane is a French-Israeli lead singer-songwriter. She also plays drums and piano. In 2009 she joined forces with her brother Jeremie (rapper, songwriter and music producer) to form an Electro-Pop duo by the name "Shirane Music". In their original songs, written by the duo in English and French, they fuse pop music with touches of salsa, rock and techno melodies. Alongside the original music, the brother-sister musical duo produce unique cover versions of popular songs, often receiving worldwide attention from its original singers. In 2015 rising pop star Shamir reacted to the duo's cover version for "On the Regular" on his official Twitter account calling it "Amazing", and in 2022 Reamonn's lead singer Rea Garvey reposted publicly shirane music's cover of "Supergirl".
