Arlette dos Santos, originally hailing from Cape Verde, was raised in Luxembourg. Discovering her love for music and singing at a young age, Arlette began taking her career more seriously at 17, debuting her first hit composed by Irineu Runaway. She kicked off her performing journey opening for Cape Verdean artist Gylito, and subsequently shared her talent alongside artists like Bossmen and MC Malcriado in Luxembourg. Her last releases, "Subi Riba Palco," "Tarracha," and "Give It To Me," came in 2009. However, the past decade was dedicated to other pursuits such as fashion and advocating for Plus Size women's well-being. In 2020, she unveiled the music video "Gangsta," sung in Portuguese. Now, returning to music, Arlette brings her international influences to the forefront, blending elements from Beyoncé, Aaliyah, and Cape Verdean artist Marcia. Her style is a dynamic fusion of Kizomba, Latin, and RnB, with songs primarily in Creole, her most comfortable and inspiring language. Singing in English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish, Arlette's music encapsulates freedom and creativity.
