Amber Simone (Amber Chinn) is an American R&B/Soul Singer/Songwriter from Buffalo, NY. Amber was born with Left Craniosynostosis, and at just 6 months old, the doctors informed her mother that due to complications from the surgery, Amber might not ever get the chance to speak, let alone sing, but she beat every odds. In 2015, Amber gained viral attention from many across the world for her story and her remix to Jhene Aiko’s song, The Worst. Amber Simone, at age 19, was captured poolside singing her version of the song, “The Worst” by Jhene Aiko. After her friend's mom shared it on Facebook and YouTube, it generated over seven million views. Since then, Amber has been featured on WGRZ-TV , the Huffington Post, MTV, the Independent and more. A story like Amber’s has grasped the attention of not just news outlets and publications but from other artists, producers and even tv personnel as well, including Nick Cannon, Griselda, Harry Connick Jr. and Capella Grey. Amber has been steadily sharpening her tools as a songwriter, singer & producer over the years and has no plans on stopping any time soon. When she’s not working on original music she records song covers which can all be found on her youtube channel with 17,000+ subscribers and over a million views in total.
