Ocean Dust

Ocean Dust is a Belgian four-piece blending indie music with electronic elements, guitars, and dual vocals. Their sound moves between energetic, melodic indie and more intimate moments, always driven by a strong sense of movement and atmosphere. A lot of the band’s music comes from trying to disconnect from the pressure and repetition of daily life. Songs like “Dead On My Feet” explore themes like routine, and mental overload, while still holding onto warmth and human connection. While based in Belgium, the band also shares a strong connection with Poland, which naturally became part of their musical world and inspiration. Outside of writing and recording, they enjoy talking about music, artists, and the Belgian and Polish music scenes through their Youtube channel. Live, Ocean Dust prefers a mix of energetic, crowd-friendly songs and quieter moments in between. The band performs in two different setups: a full electric band arrangement, and a smaller acoustic setup built around cajon, piano, and acoustic guitar. Supported by New York-based publisher Boosted Entertainment, Ocean Dust has received support from indie and college radio while continuing to grow an audience through a straightforward approach to songwriting.
