Jake Jeong (Frison) is a LA-based producer that raises the bar for electronic music with his inventive, complex yet cohesive signature sound. Drawing influences from both ends of the dance music spectrum, he blends lush, catchy melodies with spurts of crushing bass - making his songs a sonic rollercoaster of texture and emotion. His first self-released remix, 'Flume - ‘Some Minds (ft. Andrew Wyatt) [Frison Remix]’ became an immediate hit on Soundcloud, gathering over 300K plays along with features including international radio play through future-house pioneer Don Diablo’s 'Hexagon Radio’ show. Since then, he’s put out his debut original Hours, which caught the attention of several renowned producers leading to a 7-track remixes EP - Hours (Remixes) - plus performing guest mixes on ARTY’s ‘Together FM’ radio show and more. With an absolute focus on bringing some of the freshest and most unique sounds to the current EDM scene, Frison breaks down the DNA of what makes current electronic music appealing and tastefully executes on it.
