THE ODYSSEY: A New Chapter The Odyssey began as a personal dream that grew into something much larger than I could have imagined. My musical journey started with the Mary-Anne Singers, where my passion for creating and performing music truly took flight. Inspired by this, I always aspired to form a band that could bring my vision to life, and thus, The Odyssey was born. As a band, The Odyssey had an incredible run. We played some unforgettable shows, created music that resonated with many, and took our place in the local music scene. However, as is often the case with many bands, life happens. Members got busy with work, personal commitments, and finding the time to come together became increasingly difficult. But despite these changes, the journey didn't end. The name The Odyssey holds deep meaning for me. It represents the long and winding path that I'm on, both as an artist and as a person. The journey continues, and with it, I’m excited to announce that while the band has evolved, The Odyssey as a musical project will continue. I’m thrilled to be releasing new music under the same name, bringing back the spirit and sound that defined us, with a fresh perspective after a few years away. It’s time to open a new chapter in The Odyssey—one that I am so excited to share with listeners, old and new. My next release, The Science of Silence, marks the beginning of this exciting phase, and I can’t wait to see where this journey leads.
