Heavywave

Heavywave is an alternative-rock band based in Brescia, Northern Italy, founded by singer-songwriter Nicolas Helzle. Their debut album Where Are U?, written, recorded, and produced entirely by Nicolas, draws from a variety of influences such as Pixies, Radiohead, R.E.M., and many more. As the band evolved, so did their sound. Current influences include bands like Basement, Movements, Title Fight, Modern Color and Momma, with the songwriting contributions of its current members: Daniel Damioli (bass), Davide Raddi (lead guitar), and Matteo Suardi (drums). Souvenir, a collaboration initiated over social media with UK musician RedRiot, captures their emotive and cathartic sound while hinting at the new musical direction of their following releases. Their latest album introduces a new era that blends elements of alternative rock, post-grunge, midwest emo, and post-hardcore. Booking/Mgmt: [email protected]
