bubba!

bubba! is an artist from East Harlem, New York, whose music is rooted in emotion, growth, and self-expression. Originally dreaming of becoming a professional basketball player, he began making music in 2023 while being inspired by New York’s drill scene. What started as something fun quickly became a serious passion. His early sound blended raw drill with pain-driven music, but as he grew personally and creatively, bubba! began exploring a more meaningful and melodic direction. Influenced by Autumn!, Drake, and Brent Faiyaz, his sound pulls from rap, R&B, and melodic production without being limited to one genre. With his first million-stream record and multiple songs surpassing 500K streams, bubba! continues to grow independently. More than numbers, his goal is to make listeners feel understood, connected, or at peace. His journey represents starting from nothing, overcoming lost motivation and self-doubt, and trusting your intuition enough to chase what you believe in. bubba! represents growth, authenticity, and the belief that where you start doesn’t determine where you can go. trust your intuition, chase what you believe in, and follow through.
