Daniele Sepe is one of Italy’s most original and unpredictable musicians — a Neapolitan saxophonist, flutist, composer and arranger who blends jazz, folk traditions, world music, and radical experimentation with unmistakable style. A tireless collaborator, Sepe has worked with major Italian artists such as Stefano Bollani, contributing to the Napoli Trip project, and Vinicio Capossela, creating arrangements for the award-winning Ballate per uomini e bestie. He is also the creator of the explosive ensemble Capitan Capitone & i Fratelli della Costa, and continues to lead numerous projects that mix cultures, genres, and generations. His music has appeared in films, theater and dance productions, with directors including Mario Martone, Gabriele Salvatores, and Terry Gilliam. Whether reimagining global protest songs, celebrating the legacy of Gato Barbieri, or pushing new boundaries in jazz and Mediterranean sounds, Sepe remains a fiercely independent and creatively restless voice. On this channel you’ll find performances, recordings, collaborations, behind-the-scenes sessions and new musical adventures — always free, always unexpected, always unmistakably Sepe.
