Added Rankin is a Brooklyn-based artist, producer & DJ with Midwestern and Vincentian roots. His journey began as a DJ at 18 years old, deejaying at local parties, spinning records on pirate radio shows before moving into producing, songwriting, and singing. Rankin’s breakout came with the 2021 tune named “Pan Dutty”, but his momentum surged recently with two of his biggest tracks: “Bamcie” (with Yung Bredda), a carnival anthem that has passed over a million video views online, and “Yuh Lie” from the Jumbie Horn Riddim, which Rankin himself produced. These hits reflect his dual strength: creating infectious riddims and delivering memorable performances. With collaborations alongside rising and established Caribbean stars, production credits that spotlight his versatility, and visual branding rooted in futuristic Caribbean culture, Added Rankin is carving out his lane as a next-generation soca innovator.nre to the next.
