Echoes Unbound is a dark rock-rap project born during one of the lowest points of my life. I started writing music as a way to survive what I was going through, but somewhere along the way, it became something bigger. I realized that if these songs could help me, maybe they could help someone else too. That's why mental health sits at the heart of so much of my music. I write about depression, grief, anger, loneliness, self-doubt, perseverance, and the fight to keep moving when part of you wants to give up. Anime has always been a huge part of my life, but I'm not interested in simply retelling the fights everyone has already seen. I want to explore what happens inside these characters. What does losing someone do to them? What does it cost to carry everyone else's expectations? What happens when the person protecting everyone finally starts to break? Echoes Unbound takes the characters people love and explores the emotions anime and manga don't always get the chance to say out loud. Even if you've never seen the series, you can understand the struggle behind the song. Because underneath the powers, battles, monsters, and heroes are emotions that are painfully human. These aren't just songs about characters. They're songs about the people underneath them.
