In this current season of my life, I am living a dream that has previously not been able to be reached. The life of a full-time musician with the responsibility of family has meant that for years I have had to be a 'Jack of all trades' as it were. The industry is multi faceted and I guess I have had the privilege of working in many of these areas. Now I have arrived at a place of unhindered creativity with the fantastic encouragement of family and my focus is writing, playing and producing. I have just completed a Jazz/Jazz fusion album named 'Living Water' which is in the process of release on a number of digital platforms. ( http://nicholascarter1.bandcamp.com/m... ) I have made a small part of my week available to teach online and this service is available for adult guitar players of intermediate to advanced level. I am able to prepare students for exams and auditions for tertiary institutions as well as open up the aspects of improvisation and composition. I have a publishing deal in the UK with 'Song Solutions' for my gospel music and hope to land something for my Jazz writing on the back of the album release. At the moment I am completing a guitar method ebook soon to be published on Amazon.
