Lennart Salomon is mainly known as the voice of SONO. SONO are responsible for the electro club classic KEEP CONTROL and with that known in clubs all around the world. KEEP CONTROL, which was „Billboard Club Track of the year“ in 2001 in the United States is concidered as a classic and has been remixed numerous times. Just recently - the track is 25 years old - they have been remixed by ARTBAT and again went straight to #1 on Beatport and have become the most popular track on beatport.com in 2020. But there is so much more: Salomon is an eclectic mind who had three albums with his former indie/funk band JEROBEAM. After they split up in 2009 he mainly wrote songs with or for other artists, and he is also the composer and producer of the complete score for a German Kids TV show which is on air for six years now. Lennart startet writing for himself again and put out the EP called THIS in October 2020- „This is like a best-of of the las ten years“, he reveals. „Some songs I have played many times live on my singer/songwriter gigs others were written on the road and I found some in a drawer at home. And now after twenty years of experience in the music business I have the abilities and the team to record the songs the way I hear them in my mind.“ Six songs you can file under Americana, Singer/Sonwriter or Adult contemporary. Somewhere between The Eagles, ELO or Tom Petty. „I did this record for me. Not for the radio, not for a key market. Just for artistic reasons.“
